VPMHR – Your Virtual PMO
-
What’s actually happening?
-
Who’s involved?
-
How does it align with business strategy?
-
Will it be ready in time?
Let VPMHR handle the structure so you can focus on the work. Built-in governance, accountability tracking, and portfolio views mean less time assembling updates and more time delivering results.
VPMHR was created by Vincent Tuckwood, author of Project Management for Human Resources and a practitioner with nearly 30 years delivering HR programs at organizations like Pfizer.
Built on hard-won lessons from the trenches of HR delivery – arguably the most hostile place to make projects work – this is program and project management designed for success.
“This is the toolset and approach that I used to collapse a ‘free-for-all’ of 144 projects into just 40 active, prioritized work-streams aligned within 5 strategic initiatives; and to take majority Red status to Green across the board within 6 months. Only I had to do it in multiple spreadsheets, slide decks, data warehouses and printed pages!” ~Vince
“Full of practical insights gleaned from real-world experience, this book nails it. If you want to get things done in Human Resources, this is how to do it.”

I built VPMHR to deliver the toolset that I’d used to make program and project management work in HR
(if you’ve never managed an HR project, you likely won’t understand just how hostile that environment can be)
which was all based on solid, proven methodology such as PMBOK. Did I make some tweaks? Sure, based on what works.
Once I’d launched VPMHR to HR, the funniest thing happened. Non-HR program and project managers started using it – and they liked it!
So here’s where we are:
First month is free, so see if it works for you!
VPMHR is ready to go out of the box, check out the sandbox to see how it works in practice. If you need help setting up your data in the system, white-glove onboarding is available.
The background and specifics about what needs to happen beyond the toolset – it’s a lot! – are fully detailed in my book, Project Management For Human Resources.
We deliver HR project management services for organizations that need the structure, the tracking, and the accountability, without adding it to someone’s already full plate (read more about how we do this).
