Is VPMHR a project management tool?

No. VPMHR is program management, not project management. It tracks status, resources, and strategic alignment across your portfolio. It doesn’t manage tasks, timelines, or budgets within individual projects. If projects are the airplanes, VPMHR is air traffic control.

I'm busy. Can someone just set it up for me?

We get it. You’re in the middle of implementations, firefighting, and a hundred other things. The last thing you need is another tool to set up!

With white-glove onboarding, we take care of it. Send us your data and we’ll load your projects, resources, and strategic themes so your VPMHR account is ready to go from day one.

There’s a one-time $300 setup fee, and then you hit the ground running.

Do I need to be technical to use this?

No. If you can use a web browser and fill in a form, you can use VPMHR. No installation, no configuration, no IT support required. Should we add a coda: That said, we do assume that you understand the basics of program management.

Can I import my existing project data?

Yes. VPMHR supports CSV imports for projects, resources, groups, programs, and strategic themes. A step-by-step wizard guides you through uploading, mapping columns, and validating data before import. Downloadable templates are available for each data type.

Is VPMHR only for HR teams?

It’s designed for HR, built on the People Cycle framework (Plan, Engage, Perform, Reward, Develop) that maps to how HR work is structured in the real world. That said, the core functionality works for any team managing a portfolio of projects. HR is where we start, not a hard boundary.

What happens after my free trial ends?

Your first payment is processed automatically via Stripe on day 30. You’ll get a reminder email a week before your first renewal payment. If you decide VPMHR isn’t for you, cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you want. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period, then you get 14 days to export your data before your account is closed.

Can I switch between Monthly and Annual pricing?

Yes. You can change your subscription pricing at any time, any remaining paid subscription is applied pro-rata to the new pricing level.
