Hey, I’m Vince. I built VPMHR and I’ll be hanging out here regularly.

This space is for the people actually doing the work of HR project and program management. The ones juggling the portfolio, chasing status updates, and trying to make it all make sense for leadership.

I want this to be a place where we can share what’s working, what’s not, and what we’re learning along the way. Whether that’s how you’re using VPMHR, challenges you’re running into with project and program management in HR more broadly, or something you’ve figured out that others would benefit from hearing.

No rules beyond these: be helpful, be honest, and remember we’re all in the same fight.
