The Dashboard is your central view of portfolio health. Open Dashboard from the navigation menu to see a summary of your entire portfolio in one place. The page is organized into expandable sections that you can open and close as needed.
Project Status Summary
The top section shows two views of your portfolio status:
- A pie chart showing the count of Projects in each status: Green (on track), Yellow (at risk), Red (off track), and Undefined (not yet assessed)
- A status by stage breakdown showing how Projects distribute across lifecycle stages (Planning, Development, Implementation, Complete, Not Started, Abandoned) with Green/Yellow/Red/Undefined counts for each stage
Together these answer the question: “How healthy is my portfolio, and where in the lifecycle are the problems?”
Program and Strategic Theme Status
The next section displays a two-column summary:
- Programs – each Program listed with its total Project count and a Green/Yellow/Red/Undefined breakdown
- Strategic Themes – each Theme listed with its total Project count and a Green/Yellow/Red/Undefined breakdown
This gives you a quick read on whether your initiatives and strategic objectives are being well-served.
Project Outlook
The outlook is a bubble chart that plots your Projects across two axes:
- Vertical axis – Scope (Single Location, Multiple Locations, National, International)
- Horizontal axis – Time (current quarter through four quarters ahead)
Each Project appears as a bubble. The bubble’s color reflects overall status (Green, Yellow, Red, or Undefined) and its size reflects impact level (High, Medium, or Low). A “Today” indicator line shows the current date. Hover over a bubble to see the Project details.
Projects need an implementation start date to appear on the outlook.
People Cycle Distribution
The final dashboard section shows how your Projects distribute across the five People Cycle stages: Plan, Engage, Perform, Reward, and Develop. Each stage displays Green/Yellow/Red/Undefined counts, giving you a view of where your HR initiatives are concentrated across the employee experience.
Note: 2 further sections (Health Check and Snapshots) are covered in separate articles
