Creating a Strategic Theme

Click the add button on the Strategic Themes page. In the slide-out panel, enter:

• Theme name (required, up to 50 characters) – must be unique within your Organization
• Description (optional, up to 250 characters)

Click save to create the Theme.

Editing a Strategic Theme

Expand a Theme card to edit its fields directly:

• Theme name – rename the Theme
• Description – update what the Theme represents

A save bar appears at the bottom when you have unsaved changes. Click save to apply or cancel to revert.

Viewing linked Projects

The right side of the expanded view shows all Projects linked to this Theme. Each Project displays a color-coded status indicator and a clickable link to the Project detail page. If no Projects are linked, you’ll see a “No project assignments” message.

Linking Projects to Themes

Strategic Theme assignments are managed from the Project side. Open a Project, go to the Strategic Themes tab, and toggle the Themes you want to link. This is covered in detail in the Projects section under “Assigning Strategic Themes to a Project”.

Deleting a Strategic Theme

Click the delete icon on the expanded Theme card. You’ll be asked to confirm, as deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Projects previously linked to the deleted Theme are not affected – they simply lose that Theme association.
