In VPMHR, Resources are the people working on your Projects. The Resources page gives you a directory of your team with visibility into who is assigned to what across your portfolio.

The Resources page

Open Resources from the navigation menu to see your team displayed as expandable cards. Each collapsed card shows:

• The Resource’s name
• Their job title
• A headshot thumbnail (or a default image if none has been uploaded)
• A green checkmark if the Resource is currently assigned to a Project

Active vs inactive

Resources start as inactive when first created. A Resource becomes active when they are assigned to a Project. This distinction helps you see at a glance who is currently engaged in project work and who is available.

Filtering and sorting

The controls bar at the top of the page provides:

• Status filter – show All, Active, or Inactive Resources
• Group filter – filter by department or division
• Sort – by last name (A-Z or Z-A) or by Group
• Search – real-time search across all Resource fields

Use the “Expand All” button to open every card at once.
