Your subscription tier determines which features you can access in the VPMHR app. In the app, you have a separate but connected user account. Your username is consistent across both subscription and account and cannot be changed.

Your subscription is on either a monthly or annual basis, and can be upgraded/downgraded and canceled.

Why do we separate Subscription from User Account?

The primary reason that we separate subscriptions payments from your app account is so that we do NOT store any personal payment details within the app itself.

In addition, having subscription separated from app usage also facilitates potential future functionality around delegated seats, etc.

About payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe online payments. VPMHR does not store any payment methods locally.
