The Dashboard’s Health Check flags data quality gaps across your portfolio. The dedicated Health Check page lets you fix those gaps without opening each Project individually.
Accessing the Health Check page
From the Dashboard, click the wrench icon that appears when health issues are detected. This opens the full Health Check page with a section for each issue type.
What you can fix
Each section shows the affected Projects and provides an inline selector to resolve the issue:
- Not assigned to a Group – select a Group from the dropdown for each unassigned Project
- Not assigned to a Program – select a Program
- Have not started – select a lifecycle stage (Planning, Development, Implementation, etc.)
- No Scope identified – select a scope level (Single Location, Multiple Locations, National, International)
- No Impact assessed – select an impact level (High, Medium, Low)
- No Strategic Theme alignment – check one or more Strategic Themes for each Project
- No Sponsor assigned – select a Resource to assign as Sponsor
- No Project Manager assigned – select a Resource to assign as Project Manager
Each section is collapsible and shows a count of affected Projects. If a check has no issues, it won’t appear on the page. When all issues are resolved, you’ll see a “No current project health issues identified” message.
When to use it
The Health Check page is especially useful after a bulk import or when onboarding a large number of Projects. Rather than opening each Project individually to fill in missing assignments, you can work through the gaps in one place.
