When you expand a Resource card, the right side shows their current assignments across your portfolio.

Assigned Projects

Each assignment displays:

• The Project name (as a clickable link to the Project’s Resources tab)
• A color-coded status indicator showing the Project’s overall status (Green, Yellow, Red, or Undefined)
• The Resource’s role on that Project (Sponsor, Project Manager, Project Team Member, or Subject Matter Expert)

Projects are listed alphabetically. If the Resource has no Project assignments, you’ll see a “No project assignments” message.

Open assigned Issues

Below the Project list, you’ll see any open Issues assigned to this Resource. Each entry shows the Issue name (as a clickable link to the Project’s Issues tab) and the associated Project name. This gives you a quick view of outstanding items the Resource is responsible for.

These assignments are managed from the Project side – to add or remove a Resource from a Project, use the Resources tab on the Project detail view (covered in the Projects section).
