Strategic Themes represent your Organization’s strategic objectives. Linking Projects to Themes gives you visibility into how your day-to-day work supports organizational strategy.

How to assign Themes

Expand a Project card and open the Strategic Themes tab. You’ll see a toggle for each Strategic Theme you’ve created. Click a Theme to select it, click again to deselect. Changes save immediately – there’s no need to click a separate save button.

Use the “Select All” or “Deselect All” button to quickly manage assignments when a Project spans many objectives.

How it’s used

A Project can be linked to multiple Strategic Themes – for example, a new HRIS implementation might support both “Digital Transformation” and “Operational Excellence”. These links feed into the Dashboard’s Strategic Theme status view, showing how your portfolio distributes across strategic objectives.
